What We're Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals with a strong background in education. Ideal candidates will have:
- Relevant Experience: 1-2 years of relevant teaching or tutoring experience in subjects such as Math, Science, English, ESL or French.
- Educational Background: A degree in Education or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
- Passion for Teaching: A genuine desire to help students learn and grow.
- Adaptability: Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. Showing ability to implement differentiated instruction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfort with using educational technology and virtual teaching tools.
